HONEYCUT
After meeting though mutual friends, the members of Honeycut decided to lock themselves in the home studio of RV Salters (keys/samples) to see what they could create musically. This experimental session eventually led to Honeycut signing with DJ Shadow’s Quannum Projects and releasing their debut record The Day I Turned to Glass. Honeycut’s sound has been described as incredibly diverse yet accessible, melding together rock, electronica, funk, and soul without necessarily focusing on one specific genre. Honeycut will no doubt be a must-see contribution to LIVE 105’s BFD 2007 Local Stage. |
