Shiny Toy Guns have made a name for themselves in California. The first seeds of the band were planted in 2002, the lineup confirmed in 2004, and by 2005 the LA band were MySpace sensations. Shiny Toy Guns released their debut album, We Are Pilots, independently twice before it was released a third and final time by Universal Records in October 2006. They brought their New Wave sound to the Bay Area for the exclusive LIVE 105’s Disco 2007 New Year’s Party.
