Silversun Pickups have become the darlings of critics and fans alike. The LA band seems to always have a San Francisco stop on their tour and continue to play sold out shows. As a LIVE 105 Soundcheck discovery, LIVE 105 pioneered their debut album, Carnavas, and Silversun Pickups became the greatest surprise of 2006, which ended with the band playing LIVE 105’s Not So Silent Night alongside The Killers and the Modest Mouse last December. Silversun Pickups also make it a point to drop by the LIVE 105 studios every time they’re in town and have played acoustic versions of Lazy Eye on Jared’s show more than once!
